Returns & Exchange Policy – Serrè Studios

At Serrè Studios, each piece is thoughtfully created in limited quantities to ensure quality and individuality. As a growing, boutique label, we currently operate with lean resources, and therefore, we do not accept returns at this time.

Exchanges

We understand that sizing or quality concerns can arise, and we are happy to assist with exchanges in the following cases:
• The product delivered is damaged or defective.
• The sizing is incorrect despite ordering the intended size.

Conditions for Exchange:
• Requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Once approved, we will issue store credit equivalent to the product value, redeemable on future purchases within a year.

Important Notes
• We do not offer cash refunds.
• Shipping costs for exchanges may be borne by the customer unless the item is confirmed damaged or defective on our end.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• Exchange pickups can be arranged by us; however, the pickup and re-shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
• Exchange requests may take a few days to process due to our small-batch production cycle.
• Made-to-order pieces and extended sizing are not eligible for exchange.

All exchange logistics and shipping for exchanged items are chargeable and must be paid by the customer.
