At Serrè Studios, every piece is crafted with care to ensure quality and longevity. As a boutique brand, most of our garments are customized and made-to-order, which means dispatch times can be slightly longer than mass-market timelines.

Processing & Dispatch
• Standard dispatch time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 10–15 working days from the date of purchase.
• Stock availability: On rare occasions where we have ready stock, your order may ship earlier.
• Customization: Since many pieces are created based on specific orders, timelines may vary slightly depending on design and production schedules.

Shipping & Delivery
• Once dispatched, delivery timelines vary based on your location and the courier partner. You will receive tracking details via email once your order is shipped.
• We currently ship across India.

Delays
• We strive to meet all timelines; however, occasional delays due to fabric sourcing, customization, or unforeseen circumstances may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we ensure each garment meets our quality standards.
• Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 7 days.
• Made-to-order garments require 15–20 days for production before dispatch.
